You know the expression, you are what you eat right?

So I challenge you to eat positivity! :)

Decide to remain positive NO MATTER WHAT. It's OKAY to acknowledge when something doesn't make you feel good. We all have emotions BUT never let them dictate your choices and decisions. Use them to help you identify what you've been eating. Majority of times, we've chewed on, swallowed and digested negative thoughts and beliefs that if not identified, dealt with and reprogrammed, will cause us to self sabotage the very things we want the most.

Decide to look for the good in all things! It's there!
